As a kid up until I was 25 I was never overweight. However I was never the skinny girl either. I always had curves and as a kid and young adult I hated them. It was hard as a kid because I was more developed then the other girls in school. Over the years I did learn to like them and realized that it is how women are shaped. At the most I was 150 then in my early 20's I got a personal trainer and got down to 125 with 15percent body fat. Well after that things went downhill between work and always putting others before me. By the time I was 27 I got up to 200 pounds. Then go down to 180 then back to 200. Few years later up to 220 then back down to 180. Then again from 180 to 230. You get the picture! So from 27 until now 31 I have done nothing, but yoyo and work out then fall off. I am currently 235 my biggest yet! Oh did I mention I am only 5'3" and realized I NEED to get it together before I have a stroke. No more putting others needs before my own. No more putting my job before myself and last , but certainly not least NO MORE EXCUSES!!
This is my year! I will get healthy and in shape for my life and longevity! I hope we can all motivate and inspire each other! Let's go people!
