I am an athlete with terrible willpower. I have my ups in downs when it comes to exercise but always want to keep a close tab with my eating, though I don't always choose the healthy options.
I am 153 right now, as of May 1, 2012, having gained 10 lbs from last year this time. I need more discipline, being a mom who likes to eat cookies and hot dogs with the kids. I can't eat like that all the time, can't I?
I long to get back to the weight I was in college, run below 4 hours in a marathon, and have awesome abs and biceps. I can dream, can't I?
