Easy Eats
I too am not a cooker.. not following the Fat Smash.. so you'll have to decide what works for you.

I buy the packets of flavored tuna, with veggies or whole wheat crackers tasty fast lunch.

I also buy pre cut veggies from the salad bar and mix it into canned salmon.

I buy pre cooked strips of chicken, mix with some of the pre cut veggies and string cheese...pretty easy.

I like oatmeal in the morning, with walnuts and I've been tossing in some frozen fruit it cooks with the oatmeal.. very filling and healthy so long as you get the right kind of oatmeal.

Snacks
Yogurt - Low sugar
String Cheese
Peanut Butter
Almonds
Apple
Kashi Granola Bar

Looking for Jogging Buddy
Would love to hear about the eating plan you are following.. sounds like what I am trying to do and usually doing... just have some trouble avoiding the sugar and treats at work.

Where are you at the in program? Have you picked a race or something to train for? Sometimes that helps me keep movin.

Is my body getting use to it
I am a runner too and I put in about 40MPW... truly I do think the body gets used to at some point..if not I'd still be dropping weight pretty quickly! I started mixing things up last may and lost an additional 10 lbs.
Some weeks I force myself to do something besides run everyday, maybe it's weights, maybe it's yoga..whatever. Truly I enjoy running, so I don't cross train a lot.
This week I am doing more interval training and I think overall I've become a better runner and lost some lbs with these ideas.

A FUN TOPIC!!! Where do you notice your weight loss first???
I too notice it in my face, I look so different in pictures now than I did 5 years ago and it's largely because my face has definition. Honestly I'd like to not lose any more in my face!
