i have been working as a network administrator in a power plant for last 2 years. So i rarely deal with physical activities. So i am working a lot on my cardio. i jog for around 4 kms a day to burn 300 calories. Due to my smoking habits i am having a bit tough time. Trying my best to reduce my smoking.
