It depends on your TDEE(total daily energy Expenditure) which you can get here: http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html that is how many calories you need to maintain your weight, subtract 500 calories from that number And eat that many a day to lose about a pound a week. It may not be possible for you to loss that much weight in only two months, but you could do something like 30 day shred http://www.amazon.com/Jillian-Michaels-30-Day-Shred/dp/B00127RAJY/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1334160709&sr=8-1-fkmr0 which will help you lose inches even though you might not lose alot of weight. How many calories should I be eating daily?
Kari, you should probably eat about 1800 calories a day. since your are only eating about 900 calories a day your body is most likely in starvation mode(holding on to all its fat),you should probably ease yourself into eating more,and eating things like peanut butter(high calorie for only a small amount)if your having trouble not eating enough calories. doing this should make you lose about a pound a week. eat one roll of smarties they are only 25 calories each ,and you will probably be sick of sugar by the time your are done with it. lol

should my exercise log say I burned more calories than i eat each day? right now i have my daily calories set for 2000, because I'm a growing teen and would be extremely hungry with anything lower, but i only burn about 2000 including sleep and resting, should I exercise more?
