Great to hear that your progress! Eating shouldn't be too hard to control, if you eat less meals and stop snacking, you should be good to go. Have you heard of Classic Body Now? It's a great program I'm using right now that has lots of conditioning exercises listed that can help keep burning fat in addition to your cycling. Question about weight loss calculators
I learned a lot about how to adjust calorie count in the diet solution program. There's actually a whole chapter dedicated to it. Losing weight is NOT a battle (Does NOT have to be).
