How do i avoid being hungry all the time???
When I am hungry I eat. But the trick is to have stuff around you that is healthy and not too high in calories. So sometimes I eat all the leftover veggies from dinner. Or I make a giant bowl of salad (but just a little dressing). Baby carrots dipped in hot sauce. A piece of fruit even. And a big glass of water to go with. I don't believe in being hungry. Wink

Vegan or vegetarian brown bag lunch ideas?
All good ideas. Especially like the black bean, avocado, salsa wrap idea! And hummus wraps...would be great with some roasted veggies, hot sauce and pickled turnip which I happen to have in the fridge right now. And there are lots of things I could do with roasted beets. Any soup/stew suggestions? It is getting cold here. Thanks everybody.
