following: Michael Pollan's "Eat Food" Diet
performance: losing 0.2 lb a week
44 years old, 5'8.5" mother of one. I work full-time and am a graduate student part-time. I keep losing the same 40-50lbs over and over. Back at it! Trying to eat healthier, focus, and move more. I don't have problems losing weight. I have proven that to myself. I have problems keeping it off. So, I need to fix that. I like to be busy. But it's easy to forget to take care of oneself. I like swimming and yoga, so I'm trying to do more of both.

It will probably take me a year to get to where I want to be (180). I'm going to set some mini-goals along the way. First one is to try and lose 10-15 by November 6th, 2014, when I leave on a little business trip. I will measure myself again then too.
