Getting ready for a photo shoot in a little more than 2 weeks. There is no way I will risk not looking my best on that date just for a cheat meal or piece of cake lol. After the shoot I'll continue to follow my meal plan to the T, but throw in a cheat meal every saturday or sunday of sushi and maybe desert to satisfy my cravings if I even have them. My goal is to get into the best condition I have ever been in for the photo shoot and maintain my new physique, but to continue adding clean lbs. of new muscle each month and year as my life continues. This is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. Lets get errr donnee!
