I workout nearly everyday of the week for an Hour. I try to keep it moderate by running or setting the treadmill up on a hill mode. Im a nusre so Im on my feet all day at work-and for the most part I eat very well. I began eatting more now that I lost weight and even when its healthy like chicken, sweet potatos, yogurts, fruits-I seem to be gaining weight back! Its so upsetting!! I eat healthy-not to little and I thought not to much. My doctor/ and my a nutrtionist say I should eat around 1800 calories a day-but Im gaining now! I have a cookie, or a small bit of ice cream ( no more than 200-300 cals worth) a time or two a week but I work out a bit harder on those days.. So why is the weight creeping back on??? Is it true that if you work out more you can eat more??? I have kashi cearl, skim milk in the morning-coffee with fat free creamers, Snacks are apples, nutts, or fruit, sometimes fat free popcorn..I just dont get it! Im discouraged! any help and or advice???? when I was losing weight I ate around 1200 calories so I wouldent go into starvation mode....what gives!! Im not at a scary skinny weight! I just want to stay at 115-120 lbs .. Im 5'2 most places/charts/magizeens say 104-112 lbs.... ??? HELP
