Happy and healthy new mother to a beautiful baby girl. Looking to stay motivated and maintain my current weight loss. I never had a weight promblem ,( bedside the amount of weight gained during pregnancy nearly doubled me in size.. lol ) but I am afraid of gaining weight as I get older. I try to stay active on most days of the week by running 3 to 5 miles and sneak in a warm up and cool down walk. Having a lil infant can make it difficult to get these run's in -however I know how important staying healthy is - for both my daughter and I. Tracking what I eat helps me see exactly what I put in my mouth and helps me stay on top of my game. My secret ? ... come take a peek at my food journal and exercise journal....it's no secret at all.. :)
