Light Headed...
Sugar, even natural sugar found in fruit, will make you spike but then crash again later. You need protein. Hard-boiled egg whites, hummus, a handful of nuts or a spoonful of nut butter, a slice of lean turkey, etc. I'm hypoglycemic and tend to grab skim milk if nothing else is available and I feel "low". I also keep glucose tabs in my purse but they don't last very long--just long enough to get to some protein!

Will Power?
Good advice already! I try to never let myself be hungry. I bring healthy snacks to work that fit my RDI and spread them through the day. But then, as you said, sometimes it's not hunger, it's psychological. Today, someone brought Krispy Kreme to work. I LOVE those; I call them Krispy Krack. So I said to myself, "I can have that if I choose. But, to stay in my RDI, then I can't have my morning snack. My snack is healthy. Why deny myself nutrients I need? I love myself more than that!"
So I had my own snack instead. I reminded myself that if I still REALLY wanted the donut later, I could always go get one, sure. But the craving is gone now, so I don't need to do that.

Boyfriend is making me FAT
I ran into this--my husband is a bodybuilder as well (and hot to death, whew! LOL) and can eat anything he wants, and we do love to go out on weekends. I actually look up menus online, because when he says, "where shall we go?" if I say, "uh, I don't care" he may pick somewhere with no healthy options. However, if I have a place in mind that has delicious, healthful options, he's fine with it--he's not trying to undermine me; he just doesn't think about it that way. Plus, when I'm put on the spot sometimes I don't know what to order, but if I go in thinking, "I plan to have x, y, z that I saw on the menu online" then I'm all set. I can't make good decisions when I'm hungry, so I take the guesswork out of it! Not very spontaneous, I know, but better than flailing around and ordering mindlessly because it's my turn and the waitor is staring at me!
One other tip: I used to feel bad about ordering things like "sauce on the side" or asking if they can make the omelet with egg whites, etc. Not anymore! Why PAY to go out for food that makes me feel bad?? It can't hurt to ask if they can steam instead of fry; usually it's no big deal. I learned this from my Mom. She can even be healthy at the greasy diner near us--she gets scrambled egg whites, dry wheat toast, and fruit. Now I do too. I even think of it like a game--how can I make this healthy??

Does anyone else just not like exercise?
I hear you! No force on earth will make me jog or get on a treadmill. What worked for me was joining a gym (in my case, the YMCA) with a ton of classes to choose from, and then trying a bunch until I found some I like. I've been doing yoga for years, so I still do that, but now I also do Pilates, Zumba, NIA...any type of dance or stretch class. I've just recently finally found a strength class I like as well--it's called Muscle Pump. I tend to hate strength training so it was a big deal to find a class I like. I would just say to try lots and lots of things until you find what suits you.
