You're correct. The macro pie chart is a ratio of fat, protein, and total carbs. Unfortunately, I don't it change be changed to net carbs.

Don't only measure your weight. As others have mentioned, your body weight fluctuates. You should also take body measurements. If body weight stays the same but waist and thigh measures less, then progress!

Ketogenic Diet and Bullet Proof Coffee

I'm starting a ketogenic diet and a hard part for me was incorporating a larger percentage of my macros to fat.

Bulletproof coffee mainly consists of butter, coconut oil, and coffee. I've had it and it tastes alright. It's a good way to increase your fat consumption if your diet is lacking it.
