I am a chef by trade and I am living on the south east coast of sussex about 15 min walk from the sea.My main interests are all aspects of food I also like Cycling and some forms of the gym, which I have to do otherwise I would have a larger weight problem than I have so it is rather fortunate
that I enjoy this.At the moment I have started to teach myself Thi chi.
I am also looking forward to doing my challenges
