41 years of age. I have a 9 year old son. I'm a member of celebrate recovery and almost 2 years of being clean from drugs and 5 years from booze. I'm don't have a whole lot of fat too loose but have the potential to get really big if I don't nip it in the bud right now. I just want to learn to maintain a good weight for myself. I would like to lose 10 pounds. Now that I'm clean and sober, I'm learning about food triggers and trying to stay away from those things, but I love food and eating out so I’m kind of bummed I have to now count calories. I hope after I lose what I want I will be happy and content.
