Percentages of foods eaten
Can anyone tell me where to find the perecentages of how my eating breaks down on thei web site? What I mean is the percenatage of fat, carns and so on. My nutritionist said that to lose weight I needed to eat only 30% fat.

I lost 5.4 pounds my first week Mon-Fri. I realize it was all water weight. I will take it any way I get it. Saturday and Sunday I did not drink my water at all I drank Unsweet tea and had 2 diet sodas. Stupidly on Monday I got on the scales and had gained it all back.
has anyone ever had that happen? is it humanly possible?

Eat one cup of fiber one cereal a day and gives you 28 grams of fiber and it is good!

Diabetes and Menopause
I am newly diagnosed as a diabetic and am now Post Menopausal. I exercise 3 time a week in the gym. I have just changed my diet to High fiber, low fat, and low carb(140). Any other suggestions?

Wish me luck as I need all I can get. I have never ask for support like this before so I humble myself before you all. Thanks Rentha for this Website. I pray that I use to for alll it is worth.
Today I start my own diet of
low fat 30 grams or less per day
low carb 120 pe day
high fiber atleast 25 grams per day
Atleast 3 times a week in the gym 1 1/2 hours each day. Hopefully will do 4 days.
I pormise my self this is a lifestyle change and that I will follow through. In prayers this morning I ask God to give me the strength I need to do all of this and I have faith that he will.

This sucks last weeks weigh loss must have wrong because I did better this week than last week.

I can't beleive this weight loss as I just started on Monday, but want ot make Fridays my weigh in day. I just hope it hold true for next week.
