I'm a new member and starting today I begin my challenge to record food eaten everyday and weigh in once a week. My group is the Sugar Anon Group. So happy to have found this site as I was just ready to give up. So I think this will help.I love to eat and hate to exercise. I did so good this weekend because I wanted to get off to a good start. However, I wasn't cooking for anyone and didn't go out. The real challenge will start when my husband gets home and I start cooking meals again. (sigh) Wish me luck!
