I am 24 years old, never married, no kids. I have struggled with my weight right out of highschool. I start a diet program, I start going to the gym. I slack off one day, one day turns into two, and two turns into months. Its hard to stay focused, and stay strong. This year, I am putting all my effort into this. For once, I will strive for my goal and not give up. I currently am trying a low carb life style and going to the gym in the morning.
