Frustrated,but struggled some last month. Need to start circuit training and drop my calorie intake. Watch my sodium intake closer . I am doing this and I will continue to do and succeed. I bought clothes the smallest size in 15 years so that in itself is an accomplishment.

Had a rough go of it this month. I know it is not pretty on the weight loss front. I just need to say no to foods that aren't good for me. And stay with what is health

Went to the sleep doctor today and I was down 6 lbs from the last visit. My blood pressure was 117/70 which is really good. It is coming down. I am having very few apnea's a night. Hopefully I can one day go off my cpap. I have learned to not say I can't into I don't or I will.
