Ex football lineman, who now works a sedentary job at a computer. I've kept up pretty good exercise habits my whole life, but decided finally last year that it was probably time to change my diet.
Lost about 25 lbs last year, but managed to put 10 on within like a week around christmas... so yeah, back to tracking the diet for a while.
