I'm currently 39 years old. Have 3 children. I am now a bachelor again. I find it difficult to keep consistent results in keeping my body in the shape that makes me feel comfortable.
On a good week. I'm up at 5 am, excersize from 6am -7am. Then work from 7:30- 4:30 pm. I train in karate 2-3 times. I teach a karate class 1-2 times. With a 1 hour commute in the morning, then 1.5 hour commute in the evening I'm often tired and will skip workouts and social life. Just trying to keep a balance with everything.
