Plain fried chicken skin ??
I guess I just don't understand......
Why are we frying chicken? I'm not trying to be rude here, but if you're on a diet (which I think we all are) frying ANYTHING is horrid practice. Empty calories for the sake of taste? It doesn't matter if it's olive oil or animal fat, these are unecessary calories. Bake your chicken with PAM on the pan and season it with garlic and herbs, and enjoy a VERY healthy and VERY tasty piece of chicken without any of the side effects from frying.
Anyway, I'm done ranting and I apologize if anyone takes offense.

Plain fried chicken skin ??
Try "Fried Chicken No Coating"
I don't imagine I have to tell you that skinless and baked would be far better for a diet, but I'm saying it anyway.
If nothing else, just remove the skin and you'll be avoiding additional calories.

Entering Foods
Next to "add a food" you want to enter the name first, then click "new Item." It should be very rare that you would need to add something to the list, so search first and you might find it.

New to Fat Secret
Oh, and KCal is just calories...not sure why it has K in front of it as that means 1000 to me.....who knows? But it's calories regardless.
