Hey, my name is Matt.
I am very talkative and outgoing. I'm someone you can count on for an honest opinion, just don't ask me a question and expect me to lie to make you feel better. I believe if you can't accept the truth then you shouldn't ask the question.
I am not religious but I do believe in god. Don't get into a religious debate with me unless you can handle hearing something you don't believe in. Religion is full of contradiction and I will quickly point out the contradictions and show why what your saying is wrong.
As relationships go I believe both people in a relationship should work as a team. You do for each other and the relationship as a whole, not do as you please. I believe each person should be honest, loyal, and faithful to the one their with.
I am a sucker for romance and I can be a gentleman but don't expect me to be one of those typical good guys. I have a wild, rebellious and sexual side that separates me from the rest.
In my spare time I like to write poems, play some basketball, mess around on the PC and talk to as many people as possible.
I decided to work on losing weight because I got to the point I always felt sluggish and parts of my body seemed to always hurt.
My diet is based purely on moderation and keeping my calorie intake around 80-95% of my daily RDI. I added to my diet drinking 8 glasses of water a day [To help balance out my sodium intake] and no snacking after 9 pm [To help burn more fat]. Right now there is no exercising involved because I want to make sure my diet is something I can maintain and not give up on. I want to make sure I'm in a situation where I can't follow my diet 100%, my weight won't come back.
