Original start weigh was 208.6 on January 1
weigh loss has be gradual
Heart attack on 1/22 caused my exercise routine to be put on hold until seeing the heart specialist on 2/1. Concerned with entry point in Femoral artery to position stent.
Restructured diet from 50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fats to 50-35-15 maintaining 30-40 grams fats daily
