I'm coming up on the BIG 3-0 pretty quickly here in May and my goal is to be back in shape and complete by "By 30 bucket list" which includes a sprint triatholon. I'm a typical yo-yo dieter however it has more to do with drinking margaritas versus eating terribly...hence No Drink January! Extending into February as well. I've always been active in sports and working out however 2 years ago I tore my quad playing tennis and it hasn't been the same since. This seeemed like the perfect way to jump start my dedication and record my meals against my workouts and see what the heck I'm actually doing :) I'm looking for any help in eating better (most importantly by cutting sodium...my bp is a little high) and any and ALL workout advice you have!!!
