Out last night had 3 glasses of red wine, like to prove I can still enjoy myself and diet as well, or is this the way of life forever.

Pleased to see another kilo go, really need to keep motivated so as not to lapse until I get to goal this time, always give up before I get there. I sabotage my own diet.

Finding dieting a little easier at the moment, it is a state of mind that helps sometimes. Will carry on whilst body & mind are happy.
