I'm overweight, in fact according to my weight-height ratio, I'm obese! I want to lose a total of 50 pounds and hoping to shift 25 pounds by end of November 2014. I currently weigh in at 196 pounds.
I have recently started a food journal, logging everything that I eat as I am not only determined to lose weight but totally change my mindset in terms of what I eat. I tell you what it's not easy to break a habit of a lifetime but determination and dedication plays a big role! Good luck to everybody venturing on this journey!
