How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself once a month only because I do the weigh in for fat secret. I measure myself twice a month. Scales for me are to depressing. My weight goes up or down by a pound just depending on what time of the day I weigh myself. I have enough making crazy without the scale. I weigh my food that is enough.

Exercise Sucks!
Having worked out for years I can say that I have never liked working out. I do love what working out does for me. The benefits of working out are cumulative. The more you do it the better you feel. I would say find something you like to do. Maybe the gym is not for you. Mixing it up helps when I get bored with a particular exercise I find something new.
