Eating too little?
I'm having the same problem. Trying to control the amount of Sodium I'm eating but I think it's affecting the amount of protein I'm putting in my body. I think the key is to do research on all diets to see what works best to accommodate all the needs. I'm currently on the DASH diet but have only tried a couple of recipes. Apparently, we are suppose to eat the full calories recommended and use exercise to negate those calories as opposed to not eating the recommended amount.
