Work outs include: lifting weights 4-5 X a week. My gym is 50 yards from my room. I do cardio at least 4-5 X a week, but I do it at night.
I eat less that 2K Kal per day and since I am in a war zone I get no booze or sex - My wife is 7K miles away remember. I also walk our complex 2-3 times a week, while wearing my Army gear at an extra 45 lbs. So if you want to lose weight join the Army and ask for a deployment to Iraq or Crapastan.
