Hi I am a 33 year old mom, wife, and full-time student, and yes I work full-time too! With my extremely busy schedule it is often hard to find time for myself.
I have been on this weight loss it seems like my entire life. I have made myself a promise that I will take care of me and love myself like never before. I have spent so much of my life taking care of everybody else and now it's my turn.
My goal is to lose 140 pounds. I have given myself a year but would love for it to happen sooner, of course. My weight loose partner is my husband. He is very supportive and motivating. We wake up every morning and walk together as well as in the afternoons. He is a workout extremist :), so it is hard to keep up with him...but I try.
So....this is the beginning of a lifestyle change for me and I am praying that I am able to stay on track....I am removing all negative people out of my circle and only focusing on the positive!!
