I'm 27 years old and am currently working as a supply teacher, which means unpredictable work schedule, while I wait for a full-time placement. Plus I work part-time on the weekends as an office administratior, so I'm sitting a lot of the time.
I managed to reach my goal weight last summer, but as soon as I did I went back to old habits, so this time around it's more about making lifestyle changes then actually losing the weight.
I also live at home with my parents, so planning meals is difficult as I'm not the one cooking, but my parents are pretty good at making healthy foods. I have a lot of support from them, as well as my boyfriend of 8 years.
I joined this site, as a way to log my food and exercise, to keep myself accountable for my actions. I want to be honest with myself about what I eat and the portion sizes, I know that this will help me in making better choices in the long run.
