This is Ridiculous!
I hear that. Well, tomorrow will be my "cheat day" celebrating my best bud's birthday. Hopefully, staying to one, will help keep me on track. Thanks to all. Have a great weekend!

This is Ridiculous!
Thanks, everyone. I will take GinnyRay's advice Saturday, though. I do like vodka and seltzer with lime, very refreshing and clean. Love my wine, but I'll forgo the extra calories and sugar. I figured I'd be doing a salad since Friday night is date night at an Italian restaurant. I'm going to try the trick of requesting a "to go" container at the beginning of the meal and dumping at least half into the box before I even start to eat!

This is Ridiculous!
WHOA! Thank you, everyone, so much for taking the time to help out. I would also imagine I've hit an age (57) where I have to start to ramp up the physcial stuff. I used to work out like a maniac until about a year ago and I seem to have lost the motivation. I will do my best to track everything this weekend. In New York state, any chain restaurant must list the caloric content of every menu item. However, individually owned restaurants are not required to. Unfortunately, this is a double restaurant weekend: Out with the BF on Friday after work - Italian place I've never been to, and my girlfriend's birthday on Saturday at her place of choice - Cheesecake Factory! They have their calories listed and also a new low calorie menu. So, since I have the FatSecret App on my Blackberry, I have no excuse! Anyway, thanks again for your input.
