I have been told I have Hasimoto's disease. I have been trying to lose weight and it seems fruitless. I cannot find a Doctor that successfully treat me, so I am living with this every day. I have drastically changed my diet to add more fiber, fruits and veggies. I have added more protein and cut out carbs. I do an exercise class 2x a week and still nothing. I am hoping this program will help.
