38 Year old father of a toddler. I am 5'10, 196 pounds. Have always done a lot of sport and have run 5 marathons. Stopped running when my wife got pregnant 3 years ago, got lazy and have put on 48 pounds. Time to get back on track so am implementing a healthy diet and have started running again. Aiming to get back to marathon weight by end 2015.
