Hi Everyone,
I'm 46 yrs old and mother of 4 wonderful kids.
I have been trying for sometime to loose wieght
but its hard for me to stick to the diet. My goal
weight is 120 lbs. Have any ideas on how to stay focus
please let me know.

Confused, need help!!!
I have the same issue... i have been sticking to 20 carbs or less and have cut my calories intake in half, yet i get on the scale and the numbers goes up... i never seem to be able to leave the 140's
its so hard to loss even when if i were to starve myself

today i weighed myself and it's 142.8 for some reason when i entered my weight it changed to 144 and it will not allow me to change it.
