Hi, I'm Kate, 39 years old, single and not kids (except my two fur-baby cats). I'm a bit of a chronic hermit and enjoy spending time on my own, drawing, reading, gardening or just vegeing in front of the TV. I live in lovely sunny Yeppoon, Queensland Australia.
Well.. I turn 40 in April next year and am on a big push to get my s*%t together by then!! I suffer from depression and anxiety and it has gotten the better of me for the past 6 years where I've turned to food for comfort.. blowing my weight WAY out. I finally feel I'm in a good place mentally so am working on the physical side.
To motivate me I've booked a 2 week holiday in Fiji for my birthday so have, as of today, 23 weeks / 163 days to lose as much weight as I can.
