Inaccurate Foods
I've noticed quite a large number of inaccurate listed foods calorie and fat wise with this app.
Anyone else noticed the same?
Plus, when you change it, it doesn't change anything on my profile historically; sort it.

Need advice--weight won't come off
work less... a recent documented revelation of dying people found them regretting working so hard instead of living a life for themselves. Working 12 hours a day is ridiculous and I don't mean to sound insulting.

Eat Less, Lose More
But many dieters feel they still need to eat loads providing it's low calorie. The answer is to just eat less, surely?

Eat Less, Lose More
The most annoying thing I've found about hearing dieters moaning about not losing enough is that they still think they can eat loads all day.
Surely the point is to eat less, not up to your chosen daily 'calorie count'. If you only ate when you were truly hungry, and chose food that was healthy - meaning a caveman's choice, then you'd lose weight.
Surely it's about providing fuel not edible orgasms. It's a psychological shift that's needed, not a food reorganisation right?
