About me....humm. My goal is to get motivated and stay there. I started to gain weight about three years ago. They say the older you get the more your metabolism goes. That has definately been the case for me. I want to lose 20 to 25 pounds by October 1, 2010. Is it possible?? We shall see. Even if I lose 15 by them I will be totally satisfied. Weight does not look goog nor is it healthy when you are 5'2!! Most importantly I dont want to slack off. So if you are reading this please send me a positive word of encouragement.
