Guess I just got used to the weight dropping off weekly.
Will try to increase the exercise and a few tweaks to the diet.

Thanks for the replies.
Was doing fine until I found the App, now I'm counting, getting paranoid.
Not easy to count cals carbs, Etc in Thailand most packaging is written in Thai as you'd expect.lol Pretty limited in what you can buy if it's not produced here unless you have very deep pockets.
'Fredmugs' so are you saying that I need to be around 1600 cals a day intake.
On my current Exercise plan of circa 300 cals burnt per day + my break even of 1878 = 2178 total - 1600 intake Nett 578 ????

"Exercise k-calories 2120 Avg. per day, Current RDI 2000. Daily intake Avg. 1707, seem to have hit a bit of a plateau, should I up my intake??"
