I have always had low self esteem. Been a chubby girl whole of my life.And wished after numerous attempts of different diets and starving myself to lose weight, but with no luck. This time i want to win and achieve my goal. Year on year am always suffering with ills been to different specialist and non of them can find or trace what is wrong with my system(body)..as much as i found out that am diabetic which has been in control, no treatment needed controlled with a diet , the pain on my feet since April 2015 which are always ice cold,in pain and changing to a blue or black colour underneath and limping since then has really turned my life upside down. Been to different dietitian's after numerous admission but with no luck and or in getting better. With IBS that's been forever there since growing up is also another problem in my life. Hoping that losing weight will help me.
