Mother of 3, sometimes 4, depending on what mood my husband is in. Enjoy being outside and working out but I enjoy eating much much more. I have been working on being more active. Most days I walk 2x 10mins each and enjoy 45min - 55min classes at the local Y. I'm a strong believer that reaching your goal is a series of concrete, small steps, undertaken with determination and support. AND when I fall down I whip this saying out "Move on! It's just a chapter in the past. But don't close the book, Just Turn The Page!"
