Cravings
try the Deep Chocolate vitatops. I order them in bulk online and keep them in the freezer. I just had the Special K Berry cereal tonight and it was really good and sure did hit the sweet tooth just right.

Braces
Most of these food can still be eaten raw, just cut up into bite sized pieces. NO gum, taffy or caramel, even the sugar free stuff. It all tangles around your appliances and can pull them off while chewing. The soreness will fade away but in the meantime, tylenol or what ever you take for a headache will help and warm salt water rinses. Use the wax they provided to put over any "rougher" areas until your sores heal.

In a few days your teeth wont be sore and your lisp will be gone. I know all this because I worked for an orthodontist for 15 years. Smile

I Had NOO Candy this weekend!
good job!!! Better will power than most of us here! I did ok, had a few "fun sized" items. It really helps with a supportive hubby. Mine is great, he loves me no matter what size but is encouraging in whatever I want to do! And pizza hut would of done me in for sure! I loooove pizza hut!
