I am a happily, recently, married woman with two wonderful men with busy lives, a busy life of my own, a demanding job, and a long commute which, when combined, challenge my efforts to eat healthy and regularly. I have decided enough is enough, no more excuses - I am going to food journal, walk more, drink more water, and count calories! This is the beginning of the end of my weight struggle! My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week until I am down to 155 lbs :) go, TARA!
