well I have 4 children one is my step-daughter and my husband and I have 2 grandchildren that we don't really get to see that much I am 39 years old and will be 40 in April I have some health issues blood pressure and diabetes and COPD have problems breathing a lot and to be honest this is the largest I have been in my life when I was in High school and when I graduated from High school was really never been this big so YES I AM VERY SERIOUS ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT lol just need some guidance and don't really like talking about things like this but in this case since I am wanting help I think people should know that I have a bit of a learning disability and may need a little extra help understanding things ect. looking forward to anyone or anybody that will help me with figuring things out such as a plan for myself and I will try to to help as much as I can for others.
