I'm 32 yrs old, full-time hard working woman who is also a graduate student. I barely have time to eat right or work out since I'm trying to climb the career ladder. I really began to notice I'd gained 70 pound in 1 1/2 year and decided to get serious about losing weight when my doctor prescribed high blood pressure med to me late last year. I'm working hard to be successful but what good will that do if I die of a heart attack? Since I'd like to have a family someday, when that day comes I need to be healthy.
