Nonfat chobani yogurt with fruit mixed with 1/2 cup no salt cottage cheese. 140 cals for the yogurt and 90 for the cottage cheese, but it's packed with 28 grams of protein and you will feel stuffed. As a variation, do the yogurt with unsalted soy nuts 1/3 to 1/6 cup.
