Weight Gain or Lost?
I was concern about whether or not the scale would go up or down this week because of going over my net carbs a couple days. I am happy to report that I lost another 4 pounds this week. Consistency, determination is definitely working in favor. This is such a great win for my health. Yes!!!Laughing
