I live in New Hampshire(love it here) Love the mountains and I live on 5 acres with woods all round and great neighbors.I have lost weigh and gained in back through, life happens ,surgery and the dreaded menopause, slow down of metabolism and arthritis,IBS. I keep moving and walk everyday with my wonderful rescue dog Scruffy. Trying to find a nitch to make this a life long habit instead of losing it and gaining it back ....

Great send some of those recipes LOL thank you Nana.Also you said pork rinds, what about cholesterol? I watch that also? Aren't they high fats?

Ill take your suggestions see i work from home on computer all day so they are easy for me. I love vegetables, so i will try switching some things out and see what happens thanks so much.

Carbs ugh
I like the Organic Blue chips with Flaxseed they have 16 carbs with 3 grams of fiber that is not bad, bread is not my thing it is the habit of having some whenever. I have to break and that means not buying any or learning to have a few instead of to many. The thing is I dont want be at this a long time I want to get where Im going and maintain it without going up and down and doing things that I know I cant maintain, like going to a gym everyday,I did that or running 7 miles everyday which I use too do, but have knee surg and have had hip surg because of the running...so Im doing it slowly walking alot with scruff and working through each struggle and praying alot for help to get through this lol....thanks for the imput

Carbs ugh
Ok i have had a carb attack . I ate some 88% dark chocolate a couple of squares and had some blue chips with avocado. I now i was stressing at work and I know thats why . I will move on too tomorrow and it iwll be a better dayRolling Eyes
