Looking for a HIIT (high intensity interval training) partner

I lost the buddy request you sent. What do you do your HIIT on? I'm thinking of trying the treadmill but I'm afraid of what I don't know. I have started doing a shorter 30 sec/60 sec HIIT on the arch to mix up the 60/120 sec arch routine.

Looking for a HIIT (high intensity interval training) partner
Hi. I also am a HIIT person. I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love that I do it but I hate it while I'm doing it. It is a great way to drop the lbs though. I do it on the Arc trainer at my gym. I have been doing it 3x/week. Twice a week I do 3 mins warm up, 1 min at level 45 and then 2 mins at 25, I then continue on the 1 min/2 min routine for 30 mins. Once a week I do a 30 sec/1 min at resistance 25/60. This one I just started doing so I do it well for 20 mins and then fall apart pretty quickly and just try to keep going for 10 more mins while I work up my endurance on that one.
