It feels really good to see the numbers go down on the scale. You know its definitely working when people you haven't seen in a while comment on your weight loss. Granted I only got 18 pounds gone so far, but it sure feels great.

I have been eating "clean" (fruits, vegetables, nuts) and drinking as much water as I can. I didn't do so well the weekend with drinking a lot of water but will be back on track this week again.

I have to give kudoos to the Ab-Doer - its taking inches off the upper half of me (always had trouble with that, but not anymore). If u have knee trouble, this is an excellent machine to get. I have been doing the beginner and intermediate at least four times a week followed by 25-30 min on treadmill directly afterwards.

As for tips? Eat Clean, Drink lots of water and find a physical activity that you like that raises ur heart rate. Water flushes out the toxins.
